Computer Donations 

Donate your old computers, software and parts. We will also accept cell phones.

  We guarantee to encrypt (military encyrption) and then erase (name brand file destroying software) all information stored on all hard drives that you donate (whether in a complete PC or just a spare part). I have done Computer Reclaimation services before and I make your privacy of information the most important focus to me. There is no charge for this service of destroying your private data.

  Once some computers have come in, I will be restoring (making refurbished) them in our workshop so that I may then donate them to HIV+/AIDS persons who do not have the money to buy their own, or to sell at a very resonable rate if the person can easily afford it. Some of these computers will also be used by CHPC for voluteers to use for typing and research. I would also like to set up an office where I can have boths set up with a computer at every one so that HIV+/AIDS persons can come in and use the computers to get online so they may chat or do their own research. You may think it is odd to donate computers since internet is a cost, but here in Toronto, there are many free services.

  Cell phones can be donated to people as not everyone has the deposit required for bell (like me). Or they can be resold to generate funds. They can also be used for volunteers and our organization.
